Beginning on February 12, 2001, for twelve weeks, viewers of the NBC Today Show voted on their choice of floorplans and then the options that went into a David Weekley home in Tampa, Florida. At the end of the series, the home was auctioned off with proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity.
