Position:Social Media Coordinator
Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media accounts and help build our presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, and others in a fun, intense, rewarding and challenging environment.


Do you get a rush when your content goes viral? Do you like creating trendy media, spelling bee championships, laughing a lot, winning championships, captivating a crowd, the word sweet and delicious cake? Do you take pride in Customer Service?  If so, there is a strong possibility this is the job for you.




  • Coordinate and support the launch of paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Identify and leverage trending content ideas from top brands and media discovery sites (like pinterest, youtube, houzz etc)
  • Educate team members in the field on social media best practices
  • Create action plans and project scope documents for social campaigns
  • Identify social media influencers across relevant categories and engage with them
  • Encourage advocates to join and participate in DWH branded digital communities
  • Effectively integrate trending media across digital channels
  • Identify key insight from social attribution data and campaign analytics
  • Create and manage social content calendars across digital channels
  • Provide timely responses to audience interactions across social media
  • On-going oversight of Radian6
  • Learn new software platforms for social discovery, listening, analytics, attribution and content distribution
  • Work with agency and consultant partners to fine tune campaign strategy



  • Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies
  • Viral/trending content marketing experience
  • Ability to speak in front of groups
  • Ability to produce/direct the creation of trendy media
  • Digital community development knowledge
  • Copywriting and customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of cross channel media integration
  • Analytic and reporting strengths
  • Social attribution experience
  • Forward thinking and on top of latest social trends
  • Experience with launching and monitoring successful social campaigns
  • Radian6, Photoshop, and social engagement software experience
