Position:Administrative - Project Coordinator
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for an on-site position in the Austin area. This position requires someone who is a team player and can interface effectively with construction field supervisors, warranty staff, new home sales consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and management.

Must be detail oriented and able to deal effectively with numerous phone calls and interruptions. Possess strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Lotus Notes applications. (J.D. Edwards a plus!) The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent time management skills, be extremely organized, have good basic accounting skills, possess a strong work ethic, and have excellent communication skills.


This position involves pulling permits and constant interaction with local municipalities, generating reports, processing contracts, coordinating details for the building process of homes, ordering supplies, paying bills, maintaining accurate files working in support of the Project Manager. Experience in the residential home building industry is preferred.
